Terms of Service
Usage
Commissions are for personal use only (i.e. icons, banners). Please further discuss with me for commercial usage (i.e. merchandise, marketing), as there will be additional fees.
In the case of non-commercial videos such as AniSong/Vocaloid covers, there will be no additional fee.
Examples of non-commercial/commercial usage:

Things like custom keychain designs that are not being mass produced are OK! | Anything you plan to profit off of. Things for marketing like mascot designs and VTuber designs/models are in this category. |
I am allowed to post the work on my social media and portfolio unless requested otherwise. Usage of the artwork as training for or putting the artwork into any AI engine is strictly prohibited.Reposting and sharing the work is okay as long as I am credited.

Pricing
Listed prices are the base price. Depending on the complexity of the commission price may increase. Separating parts (i.e. character sprite + separate background assets) will have additional fees that vary depending on complexity. Rush orders will have an additional fee.RUSH ORDERS:
For colored sketches: 2 days or less
For rendered work: 14 days or less
For chibi: 7 days or less

Before Commissioning
Please contact me through Twitter DM (@soapiipii).Please provide the following information to the best of your ability:
Type of commission (i.e. Full Body Render With Background)
References (references generated using AI will lead to the commission being rejected and being blacklisted.) Rough sketches (even stick figures) are appreciated.
Deadlines. Please note the estimated turnaround for different commission types.
For larger projects such as VTuber Lore Videos or VTuber Models, please inquire about availability as well.If you are unsure if your request falls within the scope of work I am willing to do, please message me about it.I have the right to decline any commission request at my discretion.
Payment
Payment through PayPal only.
Please use this link: https://paypal.me/soapiipiitartFull payment upfront.If the commission must be canceled before the sketch is approved, a full refund will be given.If the commission must be canceled after the sketch is approved, but before rendering has begun, a partial refund (50%) will be given.Commissions after rendering has started will not be refunded.
Please note that PayPal may take a fee when money is sent back to you from me.
Process
Colored sketches have a turnaround of around three to four days (per piece). Minimum one day.
Fully rendered artworks have a turnaround of around two and a half to three weeks (per piece). Minimum one and a half weeks.
Chibis have a turnaround of around two weeks (per piece). Minimum one week.Please discuss with me further for timelines regarding commissions that do not fit into these categories.
Revisions will not be charged at the sketch phase and base color phase*.
Maximum two revisions during render phase with no extra charge**.
After final approvals have been given and the final file has been sent, any other further revisions will have extra charges.
Depending on the complexity of the revision, the extra charge given will vary.*During the base color phase, only color revisions will be free of charge.
**Major revisions such as pose will be charged and do not count in the two free revisions.Final files will be sent as a .png file through a Google Drive link.
